OnePlus has officially announced that the Nord 5 and CE5 are now available for preorder in Malaysia. The announcement comes nearly two months after both devices were found listed on SIRIM.

As per the official statement from OnePlus, the Nord 5 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen3 SoC, has LPDDR5X RAM, and sports a 6.83-inch Swift AMOLED display. Powering the phone is a 6,800mAh battery that supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.

Camera-wise, the main dual array of the Nord 5 comprises a 50MP ISOCELL JN5 main, flanked by an 8MP ultrawide. Around the front, the selfie camera is a 50MP shooter.

Moving  on, the Nord CE5 is the entry-level model of the two, featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex SoC, a 6.77-inch 120Hz Super Fluid OLED display, and a 7,100mAh battery that OnePlus claims will provide users with up to 2.5-days worth of use on a single charge. For its main camera, the phone sports a dual sensor configuration, with the main shooter being a 50MP main and an 8MP ultrawide. For the selfie camera, it’s a 16MP shooter.

Preorders for the Nord 5 and CE5 start today and will continue until 18 July. The Nord 5 will retail for RM2,299 for a 12GB+512GB configuration, and will be available in three colours, Phantom Grey, Dry Ice, and Marble Sands. Order the phone from the Oppo e-Store, and you’ll get RM150 off the price. In addition, customers who preorder the phone will receive an 80W OnePlus power adapter worth RM139 and Buds 3 worth RM249, while stocks last.

The CE5 retails for RM1,499 for the 8GB+256GB configuration, and will be available in two colours, Marble Mist and Black Infinity. Like the 5, ordering the phone via the Oppo e-Store will knock off an additional RM100 from the price tag. They’ll also receive the same preorder bonus bundle as the 5, while stocks last.
