Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition Leaked; Could Release Soon

It is no secret that Microsoft has been collaborating with other companies to expand its Xbox branding. Previously, it announced the ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X handhelds, which are a product of a partnership with ASUS. Now, it looks like the next Xbox incarnation will be a VR headset, courtesy of a collaboration with Meta.
An image post on X shows packaging for a Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition. Visually, it seems like the headset is a regular Meta Quest 3S, but with the Xbox black and green colour scheme. As for its specifications, not much is currently known, but it is thought to come with 128GB of storage, which is the same for the regular Meta Quest 3S.
That said, GameSandwich has claimed that the Xbox Edition will be bundled with matching accessories, an Elite Strap, an Xbox wireless controller, as well as three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Additionally, the VR headset will reportedly retail for US$399 (~RM1,697). For reference, the vanilla Meta Quest 3S is priced at US$300 (~RM1,276).
It is worth noting that the partnership between Microsoft and Meta is not a new discovery, as Meta had announced in a blog post last year that it was working on an Xbox-inspired limited edition Meta Quest. However, neither company has officially spoken of the product since then, so seeing some sign of its existence is certainly unexpected. What’s more, the headset is rumoured to launch today.
