Earlier this year, Nothing launched the Headphone (1) as its first pair of over-ear headphones. The London-based company then released a budget-friendly version a few months later. Now, it seems the brand is working on a more premium variant, and the device might hit the shelves soon. A new leak has offered some information on a supposed Headphone (1) Pro, including its specifications and pricing.

These details originate from a Dealabs report. As per this report, the upcoming audio device will incorporate aluminium and scratch-resistant glass in its build. Physical controls will also be on board. Aside from that, the headphones may come with an IP52 rating and a rigid carrying case.

This arrangement would allow different drivers to handle separate parts of the sound, including bass, mids, and treble. This last one may be handled by an xMEMS driver.

Aside from that, the company is reportedly enlisting Metropolis Studios for the tuning. Hi-Res Audio certification and LDAC support are also expected to be on board, allowing for high quality playback for both wired and wireless connections. Other audio features supposedly include a Flat EQ function, studio-style sound adjustments, and spatial audio with head tracking for an immersive listening experience.

In theory, this should lead to improvements to the device’s adaptive ANC feature. The new cans will also reportedly come with a transparency mode.

Meanwhile, battery life is expected to reach 60 hours, with a fast charging feature. That said, it’s unclear whether this is with ANC enabled or not. Other supposed features include Bluetooth 6.1, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm jack.

According to the report, the headphones will be available in Black and White finishes, with a EUR349 (~RM1,650) price tag in France, or US$399 (~RM1,626) in the US. For reference, the regular Headphone (1) had a launch price of RM1,099 on our shores and US$299 (~RM1,218) in the US. Furthermore, the leak claims that the new audio device is debuting in just a little over two weeks from now, on 29 September 2026.

As always, though, these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt. So far, Nothing has not made any mention of the product. If the headphones do indeed exist and are set to launch in the near future, we should be hearing about them straight from the horse’s mouth pretty soon.
