Google Pixel 10 Series May Launch On 20 August

There have been rumours of Google launching the Pixel 10 series in August, a change in the series’ usual October launch window that started with the Pixel 9 series. New rumours corroborate the claim, with a specific date being floated, and then “corrected”, to use the term loosely.
Android Headlines previously claimed that the Google Pixel 10 series was slated for launch on 13 August 2025. Since then, the publication claims to have been contacted by its sources who now says that the launch date for the phones have been pushed back to 20 August.

In line with this date change, pre-orders for the Google Pixel 10 series have also been pushed back a week, with availability starting a week later. Or more specifically, on 28 August. The report claims that these dates are expected to also apply to the Pixel Watch 4, though with a disclaimer that there’s no confirmation on this just yet.
The Google Pixel 10 series are expected to look very similar to the predecessor range, especially on the outside. For their cameras, the Pro and Pro XL models will be unchanged judging from prior rumours, but the base and Fold models are getting upgrades of their own. The former gets a telephoto zoom camera that’s not quite as good as the Pro models, while the latter gets a main camera change.

All that being said, should the launch dates be accurate, it will be awhile before these details get confirmed or disproved. Ditto the claim that the Pixel Watch 4 will be launched alongside.
