Celcom users are reminded that the Celcom Life Hub website, previously used for account-related transactions, will be permanently shut down on 31 May 2025. CelcomDigi first announced the site’s decommissioning last month, with all services now redirected to the main www.celcomdigi.com website.

Despite the website closure, the Celcom Life mobile app remains operational. Customers can continue using it to manage their accounts, pay bills, and perform credit reloads as usual.

The retirement of the Celcom Life Hub site reflects CelcomDigi’s ongoing efforts to unify its services since its formation in 2022. The company has introduced cross-accessible services and unified plans for both Celcom and Digi users, moving toward a more consolidated customer experience.

In April this year, a new CelcomDigi app was discovered on both Android and iOS platforms, though it is currently accessible only to the telco’s employees. While unconfirmed, the app is expected to eventually replace the individual Celcom and Digi apps, potentially becoming the sole platform for all customers in the future.
